Email: Incorporating Media

Online audio and video can improve response, as long as it's not a technical barrier.

  • Send a link directly to audio or video
  • Send a text or text/image email pushing people to a landing page (sample: Ukraine Life Center)
  • Autoplay media in landing page (with clickable alternative)
  • For best results, embed media in a browser, not a third-party player, with response links surrounding media window
